This ongoing and developing work focuses on Ireland’s peatlands as living landscapes, shaped over centuries by both people and it's natural unique ecosystem. I approach the peatlands not as depleted resources but as complex, fragile systems with deep ecological and cultural significance. Through image making, I hope to convey their quiet beauty and reflect on how we live with, care for, and relate to these places. In a time of environmental fragility, the images are a gesture of observation and care, contributing to broader conversations around preservation.
